Hillbilly grow in SGFC - What is wrong and how can I improve?

Hello all! So this is my first ever grow, second flush. Hillbilly cubensis. First flush was done inside an AIO bag and came out small, but healthy. Fruits were white, and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect first flush. For the second flush, I rehydrated the cake and put it back in the bag, and then once fruiting began I decided to build a SGFC for fun, to learn, and give these guys more room to grow. The fruits are quite a bit larger than in the first flush, however there are some issues. The feet are fuzzier than the first flush (hillbillies are known for fuzzy feet even with good FAE, but this is pretty extensive), and I’ve got some concerning brown spots on at least half of the fruits. I believe it to be bacterial splotching, but I’m new to this and am not sure if it’s too much splotching, if they are safe to harvest, dry, and consume, etc.

My questions are:
1. What are the brown spots/stipes?
2. Is there anything I should do or stop doing in the SGFC to ensure a successful flush?
3. Should I let these continue growing, or cut my losses, harvest now, rehydrate, and try for a third flush?
4. Would you harvest, dry, and consume these?

Like I said, I’m new to this, so any information in as much detail as possible is so appreciated.
