Someone responded to my shit post of eating tallow and hotdogs to save money that ketosis causes mental health issues, and someone responded the only way to reach ketosis is to be hooked up to a machine

It was actually a thread about grocery prices, I brought up eating tallow and hotdogs, as both are cheap and provide enough protein and fat to live

I have a test in September, and my last test was at the end of April


I didn't get a copy of my April.test, but I may have started my diet about 1-2 weeks before the test, its hard to say before cause I kinda transitioned in, over the course of a month or so I ate more animal foods and less junk foods

I'll try to remember to ask for a print our of both tests and I'll post the numbers
