Learned after a milkshake yesterday that I’m highly allergic to malt powder. After these allergic reactions you feel like hammered shit. Like each cell in your body ran a marathon and didn’t sleep after.

I never heard of mickeys malt liquor, in Canada a mickey is a 12 ounce / 375 ml bottle of 40% alcohol, but I see mickeys the malt liquor was sometimes sold in 12 ounce bottles, so I wonder if that's why our 12 ounce booze is called mickeys

That's shitty, seems like you've had quite a few hyperactive allergy reactions in the last few years. Sounds like hell

I was watching something a bit ago about fermented food diets helping with food allergies by getting the right gut flora that can digest common allergens. But the flip side was that fermented foods have lots of histamine and can make people feel like they're having a reaction to it as well.
