Assuming these are Chicken of the woods?

I’m about 99% sure these are chicken of the woods found in upstate NY but just double checking! Never tried them before, so looking forward to throwing them on the blackstone with some butter and seasoning. Would appreciate a confirmation!

• All cubensis mushrooms belong to one species therefore they're not called "strains", they're a variety of the same species :smile:
