You can do so good that it is like increasing meditation time

I guess its personal

Like also that it is like you get more meditation time
That there is more like meditation in your life

For example drawing more and more

Or whatever works?

This is actually a good point make no mistake

Like you get it better i think from your ongoing action being like increasing meditation time and i think you get better for the world from it

Difficult to understand
It is like getting more points
And becoming more and more one of the ones doing the best
Ranking higher

Maybe more efficient
More and more efficient

Say you increase following the breath time with a second a day

Thats a minute a day in 2 months
So a middle big improvement

Its 20 mins. In a few years
Thats a huge improvement
In just a few years..:cool:

Also if you do so its like increasing meditation. Time with 10 mins. A day each half year
Well, you know, thats huge!

Keep doing that!

Its about how often you make a huge improvement

You can also approximate huge improvements for the others (in the world) by drawing
And the future

Like maybe if you draw your whole life you make everyone make a huge improvement
You know from the good (of it(what the drawing activity does to you and through you your surroundings when you go around and go around (about) your day) spreading (to your surroundings)

Also the sardine stew ( maybe use search engine ferdinando sardine stew (carrots, sardines, onions)) can do something similar and as we all know psychedelics

I dont understand it so well but i have started to get glimpses of understanding things as meditation time and hindering it
How much
Like is treating someone worth 20 min. Of meditation
Is a wrong doing as bad as hindering 2 min. Of meditation
Im pretty sure it means this, the world, that this is part of the truth

Not that everything is not hunky dory
So i dont know. Might be nonsense about the wrong doing. Just seems that way. Never mind

But really you can feel the action in the future
How much meditation time it is like there is in your future
And the increase
For example i felt i would do extremely badly for the next 10 years when i was like 18
But now i feel i do ok and as good as increasing meditation time!
Sometimes when you do something you can feel (also what you will do for some time)
And same when you have a choice

I really dig the becoming a better gardener
There is no limit to it i think
So like sometimes you can feel how much better a gardener you become
Sometimes it is hidden i think
I think it determines your behaviour to an extent
Also your becoming a better gardener
So maybe like the better gardener you become the better your garden becomes
Its like you can be a good gardener this year but also an even better gardener i think, so better thing(s)), no limit i think

--

It would be good to do a little better each year
Like 10 - 20 %
Each year
Like maybe increasing meditation time with 5 mins. A day each year
That would probably also give you a better shot at liberation

Liberation can be achieved by meditating to an extent i think
Largely
Though something else is also necessary ; seeing a teacher and applying the instructions

Anyway, if you do like i said a little better each year you can have a better time when you listen to family affair etc.
"No more drama in our lives" - (everything is perfect)

Also if things are really bad
(Or maybe just not that good?)
It is really important to do better and better
Taking out the weeds
Doing more
And better
More good
More good work
Contributing to others (for example painting? Job? As good a job as possible?)

What you will do will determine how you will be to/for the world

ferdinando, your effort to create a logical hack is amusing.

solarshroomer, the breath is an amazing process to synchronize and observe. We breathe whether conscious or not, so it is an automatic thing; but also we can start a breath any time and continue it at any speed and any depth; so it is both a continuous automatic thing, but also an example of our presence affecting what we sense - in a very vital aspect of life.

breath also connects with mood, emotions, and basic physical needs.

the idea of prana (energy) is also bound up in breath, both at the cellular respiration level and at the integrated body mind scale of things.

finally breath is easy to learn to follow with awareness, easy to screw up and easy to recover your train of concentration.

@ Solar
:whathesaid:

@Ferdinando, I understand you quite often express your opinion that to do more, little by little, is a good way of feeling/doing better in experience.

But simply put, I offer that quality versus quantity is an important thought here.

Funny I interpreted this as "your whole life" being the object that one is painting. If I can draw "my whole life" in one fell swoop... then all the dots are connected

I think meditation is approximstely always
Maybe always
As good as going in the right direction with your action

The benefits come as soon as you begin and
They add up over time!

For example your mind might be a little helped from it
Even in the beginning
It does that
Also always

And you know consciousness is defined by behaviour so really your behaviour becomes better
Maybe thinking better etc.

I felt like i will be treating others in a better way
And so any improvement of behaviour (pretty much) is as good as any other improvement of behaviour to an extent like in terms of the amount like treating someone in a good way is as good as doing less drugs (i mean like if its an extremely small amount of doing less drugs you can do as good as that by treating others in a good way except if the improvement of treating others in a good way is too small for that, i mean like too small for it being as good as doing less drugs (infinitesimal?))

The meditation can maybe take your action further
But unfortunately not the way we want the most
But oh well thered still benefit and improvement
Adding up over time
Like better thinking and treating others in a good way

So for example like you can do so good that it is like you are painting a minute more a day than the day before
From the meditation
I think

If you become good enough
Like at it

Maybe after 20 years?

It depends on the practice

It also depends on how you practice
And how you meditate
And also whether youre doing walking meditation and/or excercise before
And whether you sit first thing approximately in the morning
And meditation techniques
You can read meditation techniques in books and getting some from a teacher

The meditation will probably have some sort of effect like increasing good action time (work?)

I think i am at 10 seconds more a day than the day before
That its as good as that
Its true to me do its probably true

When there is benefit it is like increasing work time

It could be less (than 10 seconds) (earlier in your (meditation) career (?) , 6 seconds?)) or more (doing even better meditation ( practice) (?))

--

It is very good and enjoyable when we meditate while we are aware of that the or some of the changes that happen in the mind are taking place in the deep mind
And be aware also that they will manifest in a long time
It is great to do too
Because they way in 15-20years or so the changes will manifest
So i guess it is an investment in your future :cool:

--

The meditation has infinitely many benefits on your day i think
Maybe innumerable

--

I think meditation makes you more perfect
And closer to being perfect

--

And consciousness is defined by behaviour so maybe your behaviour too

--

I think it does it a lot each half year
At least with your self

The more you meditate the less time it takes

Like if it takes you a week or two with 40 mins. A day to succeed (of course this (succeeding (i mean)) is gradual (and i think without limit))) it takes 3 or 7 days or so if you do 2 x 45 mins. A day

Same kind of thing with getting it really good

Etc.

So like the more you meditate

THE MORE BENEFIT YOU GET

meditation fascilitates joy
And cleans up the mind (i mean rids mental weeds and mental junk)
And puts your mind in order

--

I think you can take your routine further by meditating

--

I love you guys. You are really awesome

Meditation gives good news

How much depends on how far youve gotten with it etc.

I does it more or less

You can approximate all good news by sitting
Practicing it
Or trying for it
Or maybe something like that

--

It also probably prevents bad news
This is very powerful

--

Love you guys

--

I have a theory of that it can begin more from doing more
Like you have a notion of that it has to begin more
How does it do that
From doing as good as possible
So better and better

--

You have to approximate making all preferable progress (progresses) at the same time
That way you make many
Small

Same for the big ones
And as big as possible
As closely as possible i think
More and more closely i think

--

Make a huge improvement as often as possible hahaha!

--

Try to make all huge improvements at the same time
Approximate it as closely as possible

You can approximate that everyone makes a huge improvement quite a bit and quite closely
Same for all huge improvements
Same for ultimate and beyond without limit
Same for everything in the universe

And everything there will be

--

So keep up the quality
And improve

High

--

We can do it with what it does too
And will do
And progress
And make them do it and who they affect and who they affect etc. too
And everything maybe
Maybe approximately
