Need help identifying why my Pink Oyster (P. djamor) mushrooms are stunted/small

Hi everyone, I'm a beginner hobbyist and just finished my first flush of Pink Oysters (P. djamor) in a custom-built fruiting chamber.

My environment is temperature and humidity-controlled (around 25°C and 90% RH), and I have a fan for air circulation. While the color is beautiful, the mushrooms turned out very small and stunted. I'm struggling to understand if this is a CO2, humidity, or genetics issue. Could anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance!

How many days old were those fruits?

Wondering if the fan is introducing fresh air or just circulating the air in your chamber?

How well did the mycelium colonize the substrate? Did it take a long time or leave large sections untouched?

Do you see any molds or bacteria? How does it smell?
