Looking for any & all info on pink oysters

Can anyone point me to a tek report, i already have "ggmm", was wondering if someone had a personal preference for growing.
What methods of marketing do you use? How much do you sell them for?
What substrate do you use? Where can i buy it? Can someone kick me a culture? Where can i find packageing?

Ok, i am looking for some professional opinions, i had done my time in the lab since, 97, looking for ,someone who had really done the gig with pink oysters, i am not a beginer, just looking to commune with another established mycologyst, on the pink oyster scene.

ahh, thanks for that link bro, guess it was on it's way in as i was typing. Well, a buddy & i looked into growing pinks because we use them in the kitchen, i think we were paying 8 bucks a pound, they by far are the more eye pleasing of the oysters. Well, we talked about it & at 8 bucks a pound, with little space to hang bags, if we got a lil rought going on on the island, we have ties to all the fine dineing private clubs as well as the local places, so i figured to kick down some freebies to all the chefs, & then set up to supply, and well, still sling the fro fro food we do best. Well, still looking for the inside scoop...............Peace
