Thanks for that. I'll keep it in the back pocket for now and focus on nailing down what I've currently got and expand once I'm more comfortable. You're a star

Tweeq nailed it. Everything we've seen has been for novelty and bragging rights lol. Production doesn't even compare to outdoors.

Indoor Psilocybe subaeruginosa. Second year. These sit in a basement this time of year until they're done fruiting.. which times out nicely with when I start using the wood stove down there.

Outdoor Psilocybe subaeruginosa. You can see not a lot of space is required.

Thanks, first real vacation from cult in like 7 years… refreshing to say the least. We were in Kyoto, Japan and Seoul, South Korea! Got to spend a lot of time in the forest and mountains and eat some banging food, got some shiitake spores home with me as well for next years logs. Soo much kimchi and fish, and big ass Joro spiders and their webs trying to catch me in the woods

Lake looks nice, I missed out on the annual bwca trip we do with my dad every year, missing the canoe and lake living… maybe I’ll get a last hurrah on the river before it gets too cold here. Don’t remind me we’re painting our house next spring… fuck I don’t like exterior painting. But the city gave us grant to get our house insulated so we got off white patches everywhere now…

Can you run me through the pot set up?
I'm guessing fermented chips expanded from grain or sterilised woodchips, that has been cleaned up from a spore print on agar.

We started talking about pots a few pages back. A lot of questions can be answered by starting HERE.
But yeah.. fermented chips mostly. My pots have been started in various ways. Agar to both sterile and fermented chips. Chips expanding chips both ways. The only species currently not started on agar is the allenii. Those were started from MS to PF sub and never saw agar. Now it's just chips to chips. One of my two cyans was agar to grain first.. the other agar to chips lol. Stem butts are also a good option to start more chips. Used to do some of that several years ago. Now they just get recycled into the pots, the property, or taken across the street into the tree farm for planting.

Thanks!

They normally sit under a large white jasmine bush where it's shady but they still get some rain water. They get watered about once a week during the dry part of Summer and put up next to the house under the eaves for any freezes. If we go into a deep freeze they go into the garage or well house.

Will try growing azures and cyans it pots, too next year.
Got a few pots of azure myc colonizing in my garage.
Cyans will follow in the next weeks.
Our woods are full of boars, so maybe growing in pots at home is the safer option.

If those plates stay clean i will use them to make slants to save the genetics until i successfully make my own prints of both species.

Beautiful plates. :awesomenod: You should check out CRYOVIALS.
Much better than slants space wise.

Glad I took them out of the rain before work today. Must have gotten over an inch of rain in 20 minutes. Shit was coming down most of the day.

I gave them a little drink and back under the eaves until later.

That twilight flash really draws it out. The only edit to the pics is cropping. It's not quite as cool at noon, but I decorated.

What temp is that getting down to NC? Cyanescens?

I checked the window sill where the bag sits this morning and it was at 59f. The room itself is at 62f. I might take another peak in the bag when I do more laundry.

Big ass pic dump.
Some with flash from this morning..

And some from just a bit ago. Finally getting some sun breaks so no flash for these..
