Nice man!  Do you ever eat your nasturtiums?

I have not. I know you can eat them. What do they taste like?

If you like spicy food,  then you'll love them! They really dont taste like any plant that I've ever eaten before,  however,  the spiciness reminds me alot like my very spicy mustard greens that I have growing out there too.

I tried my nasturtiums. Very mild, plant like flavor with just a hint of pepper. I also noticed a slight numbing of the tongue much like szechuan peppercorns. I think they would be a nice addition to a salad to give it some color.
