You people want to see what actual journalism looks like, read the Guardian every day.

bi0, my friend... I can't see any of these people who don't already agree with you putting any credence in this article. It's too full of things like facts, you see.

Oh please! Saddam had no connection with 9/11, Saddam had no WMD, there are human rights abuses being carried out all over the world which are just as bad if not worse than the ones Saddam was guilty of. Many of these regimes receive US backing. The only difference is Saddam was sitting on a huge amount of oil. The US have basically carried out an act of unjustified terrorism, killing thousands upon thousands of innocent people in the process.

The Pakistan government gave financial aid to the 9/11 hijackers but you think thats ok because they helped after the fact??? How much coverage is this story getting in the mainstream US "left leaning" media I wonder? Not much I would imagine.

Take some shrooms my friend and have a long hard look at why you cling to your shaky belief system when it is blatantly falling down around your ears..it might be painful for a while but it will be worth it in the long run.

Yes, he had no connection the 9/11 is right, the rest is wrong. The Pakistani connection is getting headlines all over conservative news outlets online. If Saddam had let us do what we were sopposed to be doing we wouldnt have attacked him. And who says that just because everybody else is doing evil, that evil should go unchallenged?

And the UK was completely innocent and had nothing at all to do with this...

No, to his everlasting shame Blair followed Bush like a poodle. Even in defiance of the biggest protest march Britain has ever seen.

Hey Alex, Bush had the support of Congress, and Blair had the support of the House of Commons. Kerry voted for the war, and Blair's conservative counterparts were probably more gung ho about it than he was. Furthermore, it can't be argued that Sadaam complied with the rules of the ceasefire after the first military action in the gulf. He didn't comply. Had he complied fully I beleive things would have been different. He made a very bad choice.

As for that article, I don't know why the American government would have an active cover up of 9/11.

I personally don't agree with the guy that said "Terrorists could not have carried out such an operation with four hijacked planes without the support of a secret service." Governments may or may not have been involved in the planning and execution of 9-11. I don't think it is outlandish to think that 20 guys could have done what they did anyway. We are talking about 20 guys with box cutters who are willing to die. You don't need a secret service to get access to box cutters or commercial flights.

As far as the wire transfers and the Daniel Pearl controversy, I think it is something that has to be looked into. I wonder if we will ever know what really happened in all of this. It is enough to make your head spin.
