Sounds like psychosis or something. Sometimes people trip and come out of it for the better, but sometimes for the worse.
I'd like to tell you to trip again, and make sure it is a good experience so that you come out of it for the better, but then again, could come out of it feeling even worse.
Practise yoga or something
