those are just pf-style cakes in a quart jar, the cake itself humidifies the jar, the lid is left loose, holes untaped.

yield has very damn little to do with how they look.
getting around 7 grams either way.

Actually, I got 7 grams dry from one flush, in the jar where the shrooms were sticking out of the top. But it was a larger cake that started in a qt then contammed, I cut off about half of the cake, and left it in. Out of two flushes I got about 12g dry, and it's still going.

The cake was a mixture of birdseed, rye flower, verm, and whole brown rice. 5 of the shrooms were beetween 5-7" and very thick.
