GRAIN SPROUTED!

Anybody have an idea as to whether or not it is okay to use grain which has sprouted for spawn. The grain was soaked for 24 hours, drained, and loaded into jars. I was unable to sterilize about 4 qts until today and the grain shows signs of sprouting. If noone knows i am going to go ahead and sterilize and innoculate as usual. I will post my results. Its my opinion that this shouldn't be that much of a problem since the grain has only slighty sprouted.

its not going to help, it greatly depends on how many germinated....

It should be fine. I've used sprouted grain with sucess, however i have read that it increases contamination risk.
