Some foen prints appear black in certain lighting. Or it may be just that people see what they want to see, but some foens that I found recently had black looking prints when first taken. Then I looked at them the next day and I could tell that they were a dark brown. This was only after I drank a shit load of tea from them. Mmmmmmmm....the squirts. lol

let me rephrase for jben!!
looks like you have a species of panaeolus... I don't believe they are active... are you sure the spore print is black as black can be... I'm not the resident pan subb expert, "although I've found my share", and I most certainly don't believe them to be panaeolus subbalteatus.. If I were to wager a guess, I would say they are panaolina foenisecii!!! I can neither confirm nor deny these specimens to be pan subbs....
"Not",, sorry.. keep looking... get out of the grass and into the hay.....Bails that is..!!!!!!!!

Have you considered that they may also be panaeolus acuminatus? These also develop the dark belt along the margin and look a lot like foe's. Grows in grassy areas, black spore print.

i'm leaning towards foe. but! it might be acuminatus. i'll just have to live with a generalization
