In this thread lets dwellve into "grey area opportunities"

Not really looking for direct crimes or anything that could be potentially labeled as directly illegal. If you know somthing that may be "slightly illegal" or unclear it can be fair game. Try to think sustainable though... like sustainable grey area opportunities. May skirt some shit...

What do you know?

Heres mine,
running transport and security for loan wolfie escorts, or escorts looking to go solo. I have a phone meeting with a 5k a week escort next week about elisting my potential services. And
am  going to offer security and transport for her, her clientel, and her associates. On top of my normal uber sqeduale.

#2. Mailing thc as delta 8. I live in a 100 percent lock your mf ass up state. But we got delta and all the farm bill shit. I have cooked up a plan that involves a one state over domestic mailing scheme of "delta 8" products. Basically was able to gather most of my info regarding viability of this scheme from information on the shroomery regarding the USPS and basic op sec for individuals shipping or receiving packs. Basically my protection is, under 1 oz> delta8 packaging> copy of 2018 farm bill with disclaimer> possibly fake lab cert> knowledge about op sec and what you should and shouldnt be doing when fw mailing stuff. All in all I see it is low risk if I keep the amounts small enough. Say a pack get ripped, are they going to ATTEMPT to prosecute a d8 labled pack that wouldnt even be considered a felony amount, or does get tosssed in bin? I know where my bet is.

3. Sports card gambling on facebook.

If you have ever been into SC's you may know about differnt stuff but basically you can set up a "sports card casino" type live streams on facebook and have a good game, or good reputation get buyers/players pretty regularly. I personally have witnessed all ages involved in it. Some dudes axtually have put their kid out their to run the whol thing, why he was at work, and mf still bought in. Theres many differnt variations but the most popular is a game called "stacks" where there is 15 or so chaser cards valued 20-30$ and a couple big chaser cards that are all determined by a another stack of cards and number sequences that patrons pay for. If you have a good base pile of cards your using and not just leaning on your chasers to get buyers, buyers will be happy and keep coming back buying more numbers. Dude wants 57, 59, 61, 65, and 70. Turns out 70 had a orange sticker on the back that matched to a chaser card and gets all the base pulls plus his chaser card he hit.

My best friend averages 1k per night when he is do this. He literally sounds like a
"hustle gump" and people STILL eating it up with this fucking economy. I have the stock to start up. I fucking need to TONIGHT.

The best/safest opertunities I see are in cannabis depending on the state. Basically alot of states and the feds arent prosecuting cannabis so you can do some pretty blatant shit and get away with it (pay your taxes and permits and shit). You could lit just go set up a card table with nug jars on the street and people won't do shit in some places especially at festivals or cannabis events. anyway we were running a huge hash bazaar thru the connecticut craft cannabis alliance until the town shut it down first blaming it on covid then the state police said shut it down when it moved to New venue outside. But yeah we had bands and all kinds of vendors and it was great place to meet people in the scene and get connections. 21 and over. $10 for admission, free for medical card holders from ANY state. Open consumption, and everyone is a CT local. Tons of booths, food and craft vendors. Absolutely no one got busted and folks made alot of money :shrug:

My neighbor got raided for distro of marijuana and I was home and saw that shit. Like 30 people in undercover cars and trucks and vans all hopping out in SWAT gear and plainclothes. Fired off a round outside, too.

My neighbor was not being smart about it though, he had cars going and coming like 10-15 times a day and he's not exactly the most under cover person, either.

Technically, you’re only taking little tiny pieces of a movie. And then you have a separate program that puts all those pieces together and makes it a movie.

Someone on this site suggested it:

Cut and paste a bunch of recipes from various sources into a cookbook you sell on amazon. You cannot copyright a recipe, just dont do whole book because you can copywrite a recipe book. All you need is a good title. I was thinking about doing this with drinks, 1001 drinks to surprise your friends at parties. Its so low effort than any sales you get would seem like pure gravy

1..buy nitric acid and bars od silver

From the ~2010-2014 time frame I would sell hard drives, custom arcade machines, hacked wii consoles and computers, all with emulation frontends and huge collections of roms. I also briefly made these Logitech controllers that would be modded to have a usb hub and flash drive inside the controller, so they would be plug and play emulation drives. All that stuff seems so primitive now.

You can still do some of that today, but the competition is a lot more streamlined than it was back then, and cheap chinese handhelds and micro sd cards have taken over a lot of that niche. A lot of people still doing that kind of stuff even sponsor youtube channels to show off their hard drives and whatnot to funnel people in, a little outside the scope I'd be comfortable with personally. Manufacturers even build consumer arcade machines now that are cheaper and easier to buy and hack on your own than getting a full machine built would have been.
