The top two images look like baby P. cubensis but I cannot definaely say so. The stems look extremely blue for baby cubes.

The bottom two images are not magic and should be discarded.

Read the FAQ before you post an identification request.

can you do that and then give a written description of those specimens pictured in the top two and the final photos?

Attn PWN hunters: If you should come across a bluing Psilocybe matching P. pellicolusa please smell it.
If you detect a scent reminiscent of Anethole (anise) please preserve a specimen or two for study and please PM me.

First two are Psilocybe cubensis, which are active, but, those look rotted and not worth eating.

The second two pictures are definetly inactive, and nothing of use.

Go back and get some larger specimens of the caramel colored cap ones...which look to be Psilocybe cubensis.
