Hey egoless,
Thanks for the reply.What would I do for invitro?Just unscrew the lid after full colonization and waft any odor in my direction?It's been 5 days and most are still going strong
with the exception of 1 or 2 slow ones,no further possible contam growth though.Is it common for the verm to possibly shine through the mycelium? I'll keep you posted.

Well my freind, what you would do is after they are %100, yes unscrew the lid.....clean the excess verm off the top......
flip the jar, slap it on the table, and birth it into your perlite rubbermaid. Gool luck

once they are fully colonized, it's ok to open jars and remove cakes for inspection, harvest, dunking.
my cambos did ok invitro, you should be fine.
and it's not at all uncommon to see verm. thru the mycellia, esp. in early stages like you are. it will gradually thicken.
