Incubator Problem

BAsically I'm having a little water leakage problem with my incubator. I started out by cutting a hole near the bottom of my rubbermaid and slid in the water heater, then I used silicone to seal the water heater..Unfortunately the silicone will not adhere to the plastic rubbermaid well enough to keep water from leaking..I'v also tried liquid nails..nothing seems to adhere well enough to seal the tiny gaps...ANY SUGGESTIONS???? withought spending more $$$ on more shit????Perhaps EPOXY????

The silicone will stick to any surface,just make sure the surface is clean and moisture free(dry).

Your silicone may be old-I had an old tube laying around and tried to use it and it wouldn't even stick to my finger

Here is the best stuff to seal, glue, etc with plastic. Go to the local hardware and ask for Plumbers Goop, here is a pic.
