Can you tell me a bit more about it ?

Is it a good alternative for a pressure cooker ? My PC got fucked , it doesn't reach enough pressure ( not even 10 psi ... ) so i need an anternative sterilization jar method ...

Did anyone try this tek , give me some more info ...

you can steam sterilize PF jars but not whole grains

My friend has always steam sterilized his pint BRF jars and he usualy gets only one contam per 12 jars, sometimes none. I'd say it's a pretty good alternative..

Supposedly fractional sterilization works fine for grain, but I've never tried it myself. One poster here has gotten good results, but I cant remember whom. Theres a tek somewhere about it.
