No, its probably THC related perception, THC give you X-ray vision, meaning you see through everything when high. Since im always high i see through everything.

i don't know it's weirder for me when i'm high or tripping i almost feel like the screen is a window into a different dimension or reality or some shit and I'm actually watching something that's 'really' happening in some universe or some shit. unless the acting is really terrible. lmao

The one or two times I actually managed to get high on THC I found certain aspects of film more immersive. I watched The Matrix high on weed and not only was it more real, the terror of what was happening to people was much more palpable. Like I never stopped to think about humanity’s future in that movie as something scary, but I did on weed.

You want immersion.  PCP and TV.  Watch something like a thriller or a horror or a real psychological mind fuck.  You will FEEL that shit.

It’s proof that the earth is cursed.

Anyone with an internet connection now has the sum total of all human knowledge at their fingertips. Quite literally. There’s nothing you can’t now know, and it’s overwhelming used for arguing with strangers and jerking off.

Part of me wishes we did have some totalitarian regime sometimes. So they could just say like "this month we are disabling all electronics, buy ice blocks for your fridge, and candles for your lighting."

wait... maybe that already is starting to happen... :paranoid: lmao

in your vein:

The mainstream media must be FORCED to conform to basic standards of nonpsychotoxic programming.

If you buy a beverage or food item, or even a can of paint, you can count on the item being safe to properly use. mainstream media however keep hammering on the anxiety button and keep splitting the audience into increasingly divided opposing camps, to keep you tuned in, out of fear. that has to stop.

The earth is not doomed, and humanity is not evil, nor is it killing the planet. Our planet is striving. As a matter of fact it is closest that it probably as ever been to raising an intergalactic species (us). That said, we are like the most crazy fucking kids ever, so it's not easy for Earth to raise us. lmao

I'll give you a practical example that comes from my life. When I first moved back to Hawaii I had no internet, no power, nothing. I spent all my time outside, doing stuff, or reading (which i have to say reading is like the gateway drug or the lite-version of internet/movies/shows, lol)

Now I spend nearly all day watching bullshit on my computer. Neglecting all my other responsibilities. Not fixing the beater house I bought, or landscaping the ever-encroaching jungle that surrounds my house. Not going outside, etc etc. If I had no internet/computer/media (even including books probably) I would have finished fixing my house a year or more ago.
