I need to be able to record vocals on my computer, i need a good top of the line recording program..... I use reason 2.0 now and some hardware. i have NOOOOO clue what programs r good and easy to use. anyone got some advice?

I've got a PC and use Cubase SX2 which is absolutely awesome..

Try Audacity It's easy to use and best of all free. It was good to me when i needed a program to record my guitar tracks to cd.

I was told that if you look for Cubase SX 2 on Kazaa, the file that's  56,305 Kilobytes will work like a charm. Just a rumour..  :wink:

I got cubase now... any others u guys suggest? to make beats and record? what about to record live audio? will cubase work for that too?

yes it will work but it's a complicated program and rewards time spent learning it.. are you having probs recording live audio on it? if so I might be able to post a brief tutorial on making it work for recordings..
