This is what I do. Last meal at 6pm and first at 10am. Been doing it for years now.

Last meal does not have meat either.

6 & 10 are my usual Dinner & Late breakfast / early brunch times.  I thought that was pretty ordinary but then again :shrug:

Everyone should give their body breaks from digesting food.  Digesting food 24/7 deprives your body of critical metabolic functions that can only happen when food digeation isnt in action. Thats why everyone is so unhealthy and metabolically damaged because we were taught to eat carbs and snack 15 times a day and eat right before bed and right when waking up 6 hrs later. If you never fast your metabolic health will decline and youll be a dysfunctional sack of meat and immflamation

That makes sense to me trees.

I think most healthy people don't feel like eating all the time. Except teenage males, who just seem to want to eat everything.

When I was a teenager I'd eat a little bit throughout the day and be full toneat dinner and I'd throw half it out

I was also skin and bones till the doctor put me on psyches
