I think i got a cube?!? but not sure

here a list of characteristics
a. Habitat (Louisiana]grew on grass and alittle cow dung
b. Characteristics of the gills: light
c Measurements of cap and stem. cap : 2 1/4 in in di. stem 3 1/2
d. Characteristics of the stem (color, texture, hollow/solid, thin/thick, etc) white (when broken blue green ) its hollow
e. Characteristics of the cap (color, texture, conical/spherical, convex/concave, etc) light tanish whiteish, smooth,
f. Spore print color (very important!) : purple
g. Color that the mushroom bruises blue green
h. Scent of mushroom : like a mushroom

please someone help i really want to trip tonite

well, characteristics say its a cube, but one small cubie most likely won't make you trip. but yeah get a picture.

well it sounds like the size of your cube is small, because you said the cap is only a little over 2 inches in diameter. I would let them grow a little more before you pick the rest.. You need to weigh them in order to see how much to eat. About 25 grams fresh OR 3 grams dry for a good trip.

But be sure to get a picture because the description matches so far, but a picture would be very helpful.

wait till a expert on here comes along
do not eat untill some one of the reputable people on here help you
if you do decide to do other wise save a sample to take to the hospital incase you get sick that way they can identify it

Sounds like a Psilocybe cubensis, but, answer two more questions:

1) What color are the gills exactly. (Black, gray, white, blue, purple..what?)
2) Does it have a veil or a sign that one was there. (Its a collar like membranous type of skin that hangs off the stem near the top).

But, yes, you'll need 2-3 that size to feel any "good" effects.

keep in mind that fresh mushrooms are more potent than dried ones.
