Can i inoculate right to pasurized poo?

Ok so 2 weeks ago i pasturized some horse poo. i let it cool off then placed poo into large mycobags with filter patch, i then inoculated with spore syrnge and sealed hole with silicone. Well the poo is nice and moist and has been sitting in a room @ 75-85 degrees for 2 weeks and no signs of colinization or contamin? any ideas?

Oftern if you try this it goes stagnant (runs out of air due to no
air spaces from the vermiculite), or heat builds up
as the poo composts, and kills the spores.

As it isnt out in the open in a field, things work different.
It also didnt work for me.
