Got some colonized poo. Should I mix it w/ uncolonized wbs, Then incubate it and then case it after it's all colonized?
And what ratio?

Any other useful info.?

uhmm why do you want to mix the wbs in with the already colonized poo? I'm pretty sure if your poo is 100% colonized than you should just case it.

Lol , Because, it's basically like a g2g, except instead ofmaking 2 jars. i'm just making one big substrate. This way i'm not directly casing poo by itself, Plus, i'm making more substrate...and my poo, like all my other cakes, is basically just one big agressive rhizomorphic Thing, so i'm not worried about time, it colonizes very fast.

ahhh i get you, i thought you meant that your poo had already been spawned and was ready to case then fruit. not that you still had to inoculate the poo.

i wouldnt do it. If the poo is pasterized then alot of contams have survived and will attack the seed. G2g doesnt work that way

Stop experimenting half way through your first grow. Grow it to maturity, watch it, learn from it. Do this a few times then experiment with different ideas and figure out what works best for you.
