Risks of ordering spores

me n my buddy need to get some spores but we keep tweakin because we think our order is gonna be followed by the dea some how and then we are gonna get busted, i was just wondering if that could ever happen and also does anyone know if headshops carry spores?

I would order from a reliable shroomery sponsor if I were you, and knowing how many people order spores I wouldn't worry. I have yet to hear of anyone on here ever say the dea came to their house for ordering spores. If you want to be realy safe, have them sent to a friends house who you trust and pick it up there. Just my two cents.

first off, when you order spores from websites... they arent usually sold as "llegal mushroom spores or even as hallucinagenic mushroom spores... just simply mushroom spores. Thats kinda like buying a random pack of seeds and having the DEA on your ass cause they think your growing some weed or opium or somethin

risk or odering spores = zero, there legal and shrooms aresnt a major problem in the drug world, my bros frienmd got cought dealing shrooms and the cops and judges didnt even know if they were legal or not, they let him off.

Don't worry, The DEA would rather mess with the vendors than you. You are small fish. Look what happened to P.F. They busted his ass and now he's out of the spore biz and now he's lookin at serious jail time, and his spores were "the shit". Poor fella!!!
Like I always say, pay with cash and don't worry about gettin' ripped off or paper trails. How much are you gonna lose anyway? You're not buying a million dollars worth of spores. And if you're still nervous, you shouldn't be growing and eatin' shrooms. That kind of paranoia will freak you out when you're tripping. Mushrooms and paranoia don't mix!!

He served several months of house arrest, meaning he wasn't allowed to leave his house.

He did his time and he's now a free man.

OH, thanks for the insight. I'm glad he didn't do serious jail time. When I heard he was busted I was afraid to go back to his site to see what was going on with his trial. I thought they would follow it back to my computer. I thought it was for selling syringes. O.K. now I got the facts. Thanks!!

The reason hes was busted is because he actually sold shrooms over MAIL, kids parents intercepted the packages and alerted the police and the FBI, I read about it awhile back.

i read the dea report he was arrested cause he was selling with the intent of growing
he fucking put a grow guide in with the kit dude!

on top of that he really didnt have a way of confirming age

To clearify even futher.....

Vendors will NOT tell you how to grow, nor will they send you guides/teks on how to grow.

Selling spores is legal, selling information  with spores (as sad as it is) can be looked at as "conspiracy to manufacture".

PF sold spores AND instructions on how to use them.  This is another reason why he was watched.  And this is why any educated vendor WON'T give you instructions on how to grow.

If you order from a vendor, and they explain to you HOW TO GROW, I would suggest not dealing with them.

Also remember, spores are LEGAL.  Practice and exercise the law.  The DEA can't bust you for buying spores.  Although they can bust you for growing :smile:  This is why many people suggest getting your spores sent to a PO box or an address that you don't grow at.
