Spores delivered to the grow address?

Well its already been done, but I've been told by a good friend that it was foolish and the DEA monitors all mail comming from spore vendors to see where it goes. I figure hundreds of people buy spores mail order, and 99% of them with the intent to grow, and so far there hasnt been an epedimic of DEA raids for shroom labs. Should I be worried? Spores are legal in my state and sold in some head shops. Can the DEA get a warrent to search your residence based solely on the fact that you ordered spores to that address?

My gut feeling says that any raids could be defeated by a good lawyer, seeing as how nothing illegal was done. It would be like raiding someones house because they bought a bong.

No. DEA is looking for growers who have the intent to distribute. Unless they have reason to believe you are growing for that exact intent, self-sufficient grows should not fret.

like i said its heresay and sounds quite unreasonable, seeing as how the DEA would have their work cut out for them on a massive scale. Especially considering all the marijuana grow ops they are out to bust.

what do you mean "monitor" someone? Someone could buy spores and not use them for a year. A month. When do the cops know he's started? And at what point could they bust him with actual dried shrooms? There's too many spores being sent out for the DEA to look into each and every person. And they don't hang out outside of Ralphsters and follow him to the post office. Don't worry about it. Just don't tell anyone you're growing.

Thay hung out waiting for the PF guys to show up at their mail drop, why not Ralphster? Of course, I doubt that Ralphster is doing anything illegal and wouldn't care much one way or the other. Still, my point is that you have no idea if they are watching or not until it is too late. Too assume that the 'enemy' will do what you want is pure ignorance. Instead, assume that they are going to do the exact thing that you least want them to do...

It would be the height of simplicity for them to keep a record of all addresses to which a given vendor sends packages. They could even send a form email to the local police department saying " john doe at 666 melrose place has ordered some items commonly used for drug manufacture."

Whether they do either, i have no idea. They dont seem to be acting on whatever information they are or arent keeping, so i wouldn't worry too much.

do not send spores or any other growing stuff to the location you are growing. do not tell ANYONE about the grow.

there. you're safe. doing either of these things is stupid as hell IMO.
