Heya!
I just got back from the coast myself 🌊

It's a little hard (for me at least) to make out the colors in your photos, especially now that it looks like some bruising has happened/time has passed.

If you are aiming to determine whether they are psychoactive, a blue bruise is generally pretty noticeable. Turning them in the light can help to see it.

Were you hoping to find a particular mushroom, or just hoping to ID the one(s) you found?

this one looks like psilocybe cyanescans. the others are not worth keeping. saw your other id request didn't get to answer before you deleted it but most of the pics in your gallery were galerina and mycena

Thanks for the info. Still trying to work on my identifying skills but just knowing what the others were does help a ton. I will wait for a TI before I do anything. Thank you!

Here's more photos of one of the possible p. Cyans(just washed dirt off it so the gills are shiny, my bad)

This does look a small, old cyan to me. I've found cyans that look just like this.

I would emphasize maybe on what someone and muncher are saying.  It does look like a cyan, but I really can't see it clearly from the pic.  Not saying it isn't, just encouraging patience.

I understand, I'm waiting till a solid is or isn't before trying anything. Would rather not risk it.

I don't think you'll really get a solid answer either way due to the condition it's in, the lack of good spore print and picture quality

I did end up doing a spore print onto glass than wiped it with a cotton pad. https://files.shroomery.org/files/21-47/808463580-20211127_232938.jpg

I wouldn't really call that a spore print.. can't really tell much from that picture. This is ideally how a spore print should look:

A nice thick print with plenty of spores dropped. It's hard to tell the true color from a light print.

Np. You want to let the cap print for about 24 hours more or less to leave a good print, it needs time to drop all it's spores. I'm still fairly confident it is a cyanescens though.

Even if it is an active it is far past the point of decay where I would eat it.

If it is active, would there be any negatives to eating a shroom that is like this? It's still firm and doesn't feel mushy. (Just trying to figure out good habits. thank you)

Next time also try and get some in situ pics of the mushrooms.
Hard to tell what you have with the bad lighting and beat up mushrooms but…
Pics 2,3 look to be mycena
Pic 5 gymnopus
I see what others are seeing in the potential cyan but there is not enough info there to say it’s one.
I say toss them all and get out there and keep hunting DO NOT EAT.

cyans that dark are generally in a state of decay due to age and bacteria, the shiny from washing it in water (don't do that) is probably throwing us off a bit.  Personally I do not consume mushrooms that look like they are decaying from bacteria because there are tons out there, and the risk for one mushroom that won't even get me where I want to be isn't worth the possible fallout of shitting myself.

I'm also suspect of the first pictures of it, from the top it looks just as likely to be an Entoloma species as a psilocybe.  It's dark gills tell a different story, but again there's the possibility of decay.

Get back out there and keep hunting if you can.  Also take some pictures in the field next time so we can see where it's growing and what from.  That will help a lot with IDs.

Yo, it’s all pointing you in the right direction.  Keep on hunting, we’ve got great fruiting conditions this fall.
