Birth the casing out of the tupperware dish? I thought that the mushrooms will grow in the container right? How does one birth something like that? 12"x12" 4" deep tupperware container. bottom layer potting soil and vermiculite, top layer plain potting soil. Shouldnt I just fan the sucker and keep it moist?

Is it safe to spray the open casing? Won't this damage or slow mycelia growth or pinning?

I was not going to be placing the tupperware in a larger one. Is it safe to just leave the lid off and expose to light and O2 all the time?

You'll have problems with it drying out, unless the humidity in your room is like 90%.

Thats why we generally put the casing into a terrarium of some sort, it's easier to control the enviroment.

What if I leave the top on it and just fan it 3-4 times a day, will that work?
