How sterile was I when I made syrinages

I am a little worried so I ask for your opinions. rate it from 1(very unsterile) to 10(pristine)

I took 7 sporeprints of different diameters and darknesses. First I filled my frying pan with cool water then I sucked the water in, out in, out to remove any traces of spores left. Then I spilled the pans water, filled it again and boiled that. I let it boil for a few min then when it stopped boiling but still extremely warm, I filled the syringe, let it sit 10 seconds then squirted it out. the plastic was very hot. I then replaced the caps for all the syringes. I spilled the water from the pan, put new water and boiled it again. as soon as it stopped boiling, I poured the extremely hot water in my glass and placed a plastic bag on it which steamed up. after letting the water cool to room temp, I opened plastic bag, used a sterile knife which was heated by a flame. I cut out the spore print, dipped it in the water. The knife was used to gentley scrape most of the spores off. I used the knife to mix the spores in the water after each spore print. Then I removed cap from syringe to suck in 12cc of sporey water. a new piece of paper towel was used to wipe the tip of each syringe before placing the cap. This all took 10-15 min. There was no air drafts and I had my face away from the glass and breathing shallowly as not to breath contams in the glass. When I looked at my syrinages again I could only see a few tiny specs of spore but the water had a very slightly purple tint but I couldnt see any more spores. Think I used enough spores? 7 spore prints measuring an inch diameter for 10 12cc syrinages

I'm sure you used enough spores, but was your print exposed to open air and for how long? That's why it's well worth it to put a glovebox together, you don't have to worry about holding your breath or anything. Anyway I certainly hope it did work out for you---only one way to find out!

id say 20-30 seconds in open air before being scrapped into the glass of boiled and sterile water. I have made syrinages before without contams but who knows whatll happen this time? so whats the rating(1-10)

If you need a number, I'll say seven. You were careful, just the open air thing.....

You should be fine but... you don't need to keep boiling more water. Boiled spores are dead spores so who cares if a couple get in?

Just boil one pan of water. Fill and squirt like 3 or 4 times... then fill one last time.

You should be fine.
