I usually go for once or twice a week. I have long hair and it's a pain in the ass and looks like shit if I wash it to much. It gets rinsed out with cold water every other day usually though.

I wash my hair about once every two days, because if I wash it any more then that it gets really dry. It's still recovering from when I dyed it too.

I have very short hair, so once like every 2 weeks or if it itch alot.

Pretty good!  It was only temporary dye to see if I liked it, and I do so I'm dying it a permanant and darker-reddish-purplish next week.  It's just a little bit darker though. 

And my hair tends to get really poofy too from time to time, so I feel your pain!  :crazy:
