The couple of Tesla's I've driven are pretty epic, at least for scooting about your region.

The Cyber Truck is like a lifted Delorean DMC-12, probably a much better vehicle though.

I'm not saying they aren't epic cars, but the entire company is a scam... and people buying those cars are getting hella ripped off

Not to mention all the money being given to something that doesn't benefit anyone except those profiting, and the people all hyped up about Teslas act like they are part of saving the world when all they are doing is buying a very expensive status symbol

He didn't start Tesla... he took it over through a typical move where he forced out the original guys through a financial power play. He's a sham. The people who work under him hate him.

There are countless stories of why the cars are a total shit investment.

And there's quite a lot of info out there about Musk that isn't good. Do a search and read up on some of it. Although its not easy to find with all the BS positive hype flooding the internet/media.

Someone like yourself should easily recognize what Musk really is.

I don't know to me all electric or hybrid vehicles seem over priced, much less any car new. Because if you know how to work on a car, it seems rather trivial the price of a new one compared to used. And it's rather pathetic that people let go of a car at 100,000 miles when the car can go to 400,000 miles rather easily.

Like I had a vw jetta for many years which I raced out. The only thing that happened after 160,000 miles was the head gasket somewhat leaked a little. So I added some special engine additive for such issues and the minor oil leak stopped. Oh well I drove the car for like 220,000 miles until I got bored of it and sold it.

I haven't seen many, but some people sell a prius used. The only part that really can be majorly wrong with it is the battery pack needing replacement. I think mostly it's a trendy thing that a car is older vs a newer one. Because a car only needs a new timing belt after 160,000 miles or so. If you drive normally. If you race, check it more often.

Telsa have yet to turn a profit since their IPO in 2010. They sacrifice worker safety in the name of production speed, responded to them in a beautiful PR move, and then didn’t follow through. They bully their workers into not joining unions.
