Step 1: Install Unix  :grin:

For win2k, you will need an ftp server unless you are running the server version of the OS.

If its included in IIS, use that. Its a hassle to have to create a local account for each user, so you could instead download a server like BPFTP Server: http://www.bpftp.com

I used the IIS thanks for the advice. It is a pain but will be worth it.

My only complaint about IIS is that the interface is quite limited and it lacks active monitoring tools to check bandwidth and currently connected users.

IIS sucks utterly  :razz:  Virtually any freeware ftp server is going to be an improvement.  I use typsoft ftp server (http://en.typsoft.com/) which is free and fine for what I use it for. Much better than IIS and easier to configure.
