Re: I am convinced that using lining is worth it... what material do YOU use? [Re: ElViajero]

i like liners just for picking up and moving the entire substrate cleanly. i can contain every part of it and dont have shit crumbs and what not falling everywhere when it is time to be disposed of

I actually like fat girls too.  My go-to porn is fat black girls.
I once had a fat gf but her pussy was sloppy and stinky.

I'm mixed, for some reason I seem to like liners. I've been using clear ones so I can see the sides just for fun.

I HATE clusters.

also... do you see how blue those drying ones are on the left?  why are they so blue?  Are they being injured?  Are they losing potency?
And they are on a rack that i just took out from the dehydrator for a min.  the dehydrator is set at 158 F

If they’re over moist anywhere you touch and hold them will start to bruise blue.  They aren’t losing potency.

Like of those on the square tray, I can tell you pulled up the bottom middle set of two at the base, that green/blue is bruising from where you touched it. I have left literal fingerprints on over wet fuzzy feet before.

Suggestion, if you’re going to pull, make sure to push down, twist a good bit around and then pull, you won’t pull up so much substrate with them.

thank you so much, great to hear that they aren't losing potency, and great advice for picking them.  I am trying to get good at it.

Or just use a scissors and cut them off flush with the sub, its alot easier than trying to brush the coir off in the end, and keeps the dehydrator cleaner cuz you don't have coir all over the bottom.

i started out the same way, but someone suggested you sacrifice a lot of weight by not keeping the bottom on, and i think he was right.  So now, I take each mush and shave off the coir into the trash can while still keeping most of the stump.

btw here is that whole tub:

all those little fucking side pin clusters

these are all Ecuador

Yea im big on saving time, the little bit that is left behind is reabsorbed by the mycelium and used to make mush the next round. If the sub is contaminated then i just pull them out and clip off the sub at the bottom of the stipe. And i really love clusters lol, they are the easiest to harvest, blade just start cutting them down like you're clearing the forest of mushrooms. This thing side pinned alot, but they only go two flushes, which i kinda like.

I push twist and pull with ease thanks to a casing layer and then trim the bottoms for neatness.  I’ve saved these bottoms in the past with the idea of grinding them for tea but found I needed like 4 or so completely flushed monotubs to get a sizable amount, and after 4 big tubs go, the butts just look unimportant and take up space.

Yea, the last little bit thats left behind is far less than a gram, im cool with that. Agreed, after 3 or 4 sb's the 5 or 10g of stumps left over after are really unimportant to me.
