4-8 weeks depending what you do (spores>agar>substrate or spores>subtrate or spores>substrate>straw etc)

depends. if you're growing a couple 1/2 pint jars of the pf strain (amazonian, matias romero) it will usually take about 3 weeks colonization, 3 weeks fruiting (i believe that's the quickest way). it would only take longer if you used either larger jars, different substrate materials, or a different strain. full pint compared to 1/2 pint jars usually take about a week longer in both the colonization and fruiting stages of growth. if you decide to go with a straw or seed based substrate, you can add i'd say another week as well onto the colonization period. finally, there are certainly a lot of different strains out there that colonize at different rates. the pf strain is a fast one, so are the thais and cambos. its when you start looking into the treasure/gulf coasts and the b+ do you lengthen the growing time. the thing i can't understand is why you're a senior member and you're asking how long it will take to grow mushrooms.

Surprisingly a lot of people just think drugs are cool and post in the other forums such as off-topic and media room. That's how they get to be senior members without ever growing a shroom. :wink:
