Contamination or Anxiety?

Hi everyone, just created an account today!
I am am starting first full week with my mono tub in fruiting conditions. but this morning i went to turn off my 6500k bulb and fan it before sealing it for 12 hours and i found this suspicious bloch, can anyone help me out. I haven't taken action yet, I would rather get confirmation before making the problem worse. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If it is contamination if solutions are possible I would be eternally grateful. Thanks! and I hope to be talking to many of you soon!
