Possibly. The chance is certainly higher now than before. Trump is apparently becoming more hawkish as Iran continues to do shit like this.

Should Iran just sit by while the US wages economic warfare against the country and after the US violated its own agreement. Iran is causing trouble because it wants other countries to stand up to the actions of the United States. If a war starts it is 100% the fault of the Trump administration, doing the bidding of the Sunni gulf states. We are taking sides in a long simmering intra-Islamic conflict, and we are supporting the wrong side. When was the last time you heard about an Iranian born terrorist?

The "Iran deal/agreement " should have been a treaty.

Does this country do treaties anymore? Unless one party controls 2/3 of the senate, treaties are politically out of reach.

It was still a contract between nations. Most of our international agreements are not treaties. Iran was complying. The us is the nation that broke its word. Beyond the Iranian situation, the fact that the trump administration so casually violates international agreements will have a long term impact on this country’s credibility and trustworthiness. We are no longer seen as a reliable partner.

There isn’t going to be a war with Iran because republicans elected a  draft dodging coward who was too afraid to participate in a war . He didn’t have the balls to stand with his fellow Americans when they needed him and he doesn’t have the balls to send Americans to die either . The Iranians know this too , that’s why they did this shit .
  There will probably be some real tough shit talking on twitter though . We can probably  count on that .

Who’s not being an adult about it? It was a signed agreement.

It would be one thing if Trump had any strategy to replace the agreement. The sanctions trump imposed in violation of the agreement has decimated the Iranian economy and now they have started enriching again. Why not? What lesson have they learned watching trump and North Korea? You get nukes and the US becomes a lot more pliable.

There are a lot of very dodgy connections between trump and his family and the Sunni gulf states. This whole thing stinks to high heaven

Congress are not the ones being adults. Who controls the Senate vs. Reasoned Debate. They need to reason and compromise or get rid of that duty. They dont ratify, they are supposed to approve.

Executives can of course have their own agreements....seems like treaties have more teeth. Is it too hard for our precious lawmaker's time?

You're defending an oppressive totalitarian religious dictatorship.

The reason why we're sanctioning them in the first place is because of all of the problems they've caused for us, our allies, and western civilization in general over the years. They consider us their sworn enemy, and would destroy the entirety of western civilization in an instant if they could. This is a government that kills people for being gay, for political beliefs, for insulting islam, and for drug possession. They have no freedoms whatsoever, no freedom of speech, no freedom of the press, no freedom of religion, and they enforce their rule with an iron fist. They oppose any rights for women whatsoever, they segregate the sexes, and they enforce religious law.

This is the government you're defending here.

Trump was just on tv here, trying to blame everything on................. Obama of course.

I'd be surprised to see any bullets flying even though British naval ships are steaming towards the area, this is Iran's way of negotiating.

Trump re ignited this mess, the blame lies squarely at his feet, the fool.
He threw out a working agreement ifor NO OTHER good reason than to try and embarrass Obama
and has no clue on where to go with this.

Iran know how to manipulate and cause mischief, they have little to loose.

If the world is lucky Iran will be brought back to the same position it was before Trump turned the whole show on it's head.

Not totalitarian. Not a dictatorship. Iran does have a Democratic process. When it comes to Islamic countries, women have a lot more freedom in Iran.

I’m just saying if we are going to take sides in the Middle East, why are we choosing the side that is truly a medieval totalitarian state run by an unelected royal family. Where women are truly second class citizens (women in Saudi Arabia are not allow to be in public without a male relative as a companion and cannot show their faces.) Saudi Arabia is a hotbed of radical Islamic ideology that breeds terrorists like crazy.
