Definitely, cooking scrambled eggs doesn't take but a few mins and I don't feel like it hurt anything. I for sure got some good trips that way. BTW they were dried when I cooked them but they were more like fresh portabella mushrooms that you get from the store after they were cooked which was nice and I couldn't taste any nastiness
