LOL, well well well, seeing a side of nursing you didn't know about, eh? I did the same thing. Plus I'm in pain management and the P.A.'s I'm doing are DAILY! They are rejecting everything! Then only authorizing 6 months. Then they want the doc to write a script for a narcan drug by law, then they reject it and require a fucking P.A.!!!:scat:

And yes, Big Pharma drugs is expensive as fuck. I heard they might make a new policy where TV drug ads need to show their price. Im all for that.

We may not see all those fucking Humira ads if they have to tell you it costs $5000 for two doses.

The problem with so called free market solutions like publishing prices is that medicines are not really subject to free market forces. A free market works for things you want, not things you need. If you need something to prevent suffering or death, then the buyer isn’t really free to leave or enter the market at will.

Prices and the insurance company not wanting to pay for the fucking pain meds people need to just basically function. Then they make the docs prescribe a narcan type drug, and charge 5,000.00 bucks for it, then the Ins, company denies it, catch 22, round and roundFUUUUCK THEM! They authorize after many minutes on the phone and paperwork. This makes some people frustrated and they give up and don't get the meds they need. I guess it's more of an insurance company issue, but the god damn fucking drugs cost too god damn much!!!

The greedy fuck asshole companies that should NEVER have been given the same rights  as a human in a sense, and fuck every single person over they can in the name of "competition", and corporatism. They can STILL make BILLIONS even if they charged a lot less money. They will never take less though, fuck everyone at all costs to make as much as they possibly can. It's america, you can do it too they say, HORSE SHIIIIT!!!! FUUUUUCK!!!
Say they have 5 apples. If they give 3 away to one person each they still have twice as much as the three people. They want to split one apple 3 ways, or even 1/4 of an apple 3 ways and keep the rest, FUCK THEM!

Yup, that's the big issue with a Free Market, medicine. Since medicine is so specialized and custom, they can charge any price they want. But what if someone needs medicine and cant afford it? What if there is no generic option available? What then? The person cant afford the medicine so they don't get it. Pretty fucked up. Needs some pricing regulations on it.
