Can heat make me shit diarrhea everyday

So yeah I've been out in the streets homeless on this ankle monitoring thing. Eating potted meat with crackers ice cream and basically junk food. So the living situation is basically a trash compactor that isn't in use. It comes from an advance Auto place. But the door opens so I can literally go into advance at night and sleep when it rains but I usually try not too.  The loperamide doesn't fucking work though I'm still shittin diarrhea so what gives. Am I like sick and dying or something. Because I'm taking like 3 a day and still shitting.

I'm not trying to die out here in a trash compactor. That would suck  literally when I went to jail the food starting making me fart every 5 mins. Then when I got bonded out had nowhere to go and this shit happens. How isnimmodium notnworking

These places here don't let you stay more than 5 days. And you can't stay one day leave then come back. Plus they got waiting list. I don't have time for that. Tomorrow hoping for $2300 in the bank to get outta here

Shit at least it's cold but my wife spent money to get me out and would be pissed if I went back in. We're stuck out here until that money comes.

If you're not taking in enough electrolytes (salt, potassium) then chugging a bunch of water could actually dehydrate you further, if you drink too much / too fast.

Eating a lot of canned / junk food sodium should be ok tho, if not a lil high. But not sure about potassium. That depends...

But dehydration can definitely cause diarrhea. Watch out for that if you're hot and sweating a lot!

I've decided to go back to the compactor an ego through the compactor door and stay inside the building. They cut the power I. The back so the alarm system doesn't even work :facepalm:
Surprised this place hasn't been robbed yet

It's even got a motion sensor but the power box to it is on off and has a zip tie around it.

But not shit in ehre but boxes and 4 tires. But it's beats being in the rain. Set up some cardboard in the floor and got our pillows. Got pretrail visit in the morning. Ten going to work

even if not dehydrated, heat can still be a factor in diarrhea.  However, it does sound like you are not hydrating enough.  Also, adding dairy, and especially the sugar, with the heat just makes things worse.

I'm really sorry to hear that you're still not doing well. I honestly hope things start going better for you soon. That really sucks that you've had to go through all this stuff for so long.

Honestly, at this point, maybe there are some advantages to being in jail instead of on the street? At least you'd have some place to stay, regular food, etc. I know, that's a really shitty option, but it doesn't sound like you're doing too well out on the street either.

I'm not going back to jail voluntarily.
I just need that $2300 to post to the bank and I'm getting us a house or apartment.  Just hoping not to loose it come the court date and get locked back up. So I'm kinda hesitant on even buying either of the 2. But I gotta  put her in a place. Shit I'm luckily shes even out here with me because  she's doesn't have too. That's love. If not I dint know what is... but I'm trying.

Maybe my life wasnt meant to get better. Sometimes I feel that way. But like I'm literally fucking trying. I'm not actively using drugs except suboxone here and there but I'm buying it off homeless people who could actually  use the money so I feel I'm doing a good deed. I feel better they get money for whatever. Probably drugs but hey who am I to say if that's ok.


All I know is I'm trying. I shouldnt of got drunk that day. I need counseling. I get angry easily. I'm still mad my brother  passed away and I blame it on my mom. She probably gave him the opana. But I csmt let that shit hold me back in life. But I have no sense of direction in life. I'm just drifting along.

I never thought my life would get  like this but here I am. Guess that's what I get for thinking drugging it up was so cool. Its not.
Although instill like drugs.
But I gotta focus on positive shit.

I gotta lot on my mind right now. And I cant sleep so I'm waiting until 1am to see if the bank got the funds yet.

Friday social security said 3 days. They owe me some money. So it's coming on day 3 here in an hour or 2.

Shes sleeping I'm not. I've been so fucking miserable out here sleeping on the concrete with a cardboard.

I've never thought about just literally  walking into traffic and hoping I can splattered as I have these past couple days. When it was winter it was alright. But this heat makes me mad uncomfortable  and easily agitated.
