Smoke is also a great way to get fine particulate dusts, carbon monoxide, formaldehyde, nitrogen oxides and tars in your system.

You can disagree that asbestos should not be used in construction, and you may have a point, but you can't disagree with the science of the health risks.

Asbestos should not be used.
Just stating that the health effects of organic herbs vs tobacco with additives are completely in different class.

Have a flight soon to Denver.  If that can't get one or just a vacation to someplace interesting, nothing will and give it up or not.  Be yourself, don't give a fuck.

God, I couldn't even finish a regular size joint last time.  Ended up throwing leaves up in the year and having fun.  I do shit like that all the time, get drunk and on substances and fly off swings late at night.

Try to take a different view of life if you choose.  Life isn't half bad.  Spent most of my life being miserable in it. 

God, feels like a burden just to go get this flight to go have some fun.  Laziness, don't let it creep up on you.  And sitting on a couch watching endless binges of t.v. shows streaming.  Yeah, have to brush my teeth and go deal with the TSA. 

Wonder if I will ever end up on the no fly list for bring pot back, not that I ever would of course.  Life isn't half bad man, best to you.  There are so many allies in this world that might even get you to smile or laugh once in awhile.

Will have to show control this evening.  The propulsion of a jet plane cracks me up and the lift off is a rush.  Look around you on your next flight.  Everyone is bored and dead inside.  Have fun and enjoy life and this Summer.  I dare you to.:dancer:
