Grow kit lids mix up ๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿ˜‚

Iโ€™ve got two grow kits, 1 Mexican and 1 golden teacher. Just finished the first flush and was going to rehydrate for 12 hours but Iโ€™ve realised the lids I never labelled.

If I use the wrong lid on a box, will I end up with a mixed batch of strains from one box? I know this might sound stupid, Iโ€™m tempted to just soak and cling film the box closed and forget the lid - but the lids have paper patches which I guess allows for air exchange?

Iโ€™m expecting the obligatory โ€œdonโ€™t use kitsโ€ / which I wonโ€™t in the the future, was just a nice easy way to get into this hobby
