Rat droppings on rye help.

Hello everyone i havent been here for a while.life.
A mouse ate some of the rye and i found droppings. Does that affect the transfer of bacteria to the fruity boddy, even tho it was washed 6 times or more and boiled and sterelized at 17 psi for 90 or more . any thoughts?

I would think it would be fine once it's gone through the pressure cooker. Most grain has probably been exposed to rodents one way or another before it gets sold.
