Possibly tho I wouldn't throw it out yet. Could be fluffy mycelium you get from very humid conditions.

How longs it been in fruiting conditions?

Keep a close eye on it. What's the smell like? If it's still an earthy mushroomy smell especially after a misting then it's probably ok
