You can start fruiting anytime you want.  Many people putting in fruiting conditions from the first day of spawning.

They look ok, maybe some bacteria going on in there.  They look the same after introducing some FAE?

yes they look the same no additional growth or pinning. but there are one or two spots of light yellowish membranes forming on mycelium. like myc piss but dry and soft. is there anything to be concerned about it?

Best thing to do is maintain good surface conditions and wait.  I throw this link out any chance I get, because it is how you get canopies.  Give it a good read if you haven't already.

I was looking a guide like this thank you.

I am using plastic oven bags with some holes and soaked perlite. I leave the bags open during the daytime and mist when the surface looks dry, no additional fanning. And i close the bags with clips at night to prevent moisture loss.
