Well mark where the bleach is at with a small marker and if it is moved and they didn’t do laundry or clean they out it in there. Also it will stink like bleach. You sure you are not going crazy because that food would taste awful no idea how you wouldn’t know.

My best advice is that if you suspect your woman is poisoning you with bleach, the suspicion itself at hand is a sign that you should leave. Now if you wanted proof taking it to the cops or a posion center will do you no good because the poison center could say it has bleach in it but there is no evidence there of who did it. Same with the cops you can't bring them food with bleach in it, tell them your suspicions and have them believe you at all. The only evidence that counts for anything is a recording.
You would need to set up a secret camera in the kitchen or on your person
But this is just if you want to stay with the crazy bitch to catch proof and at least show her the proof and say yeah, I'm getting the f out.
Because even if you filled this nowadays people film so much setup crazy shit cops would still want proof you weren't both in on the recording
So the best proof is a video for yourself to have proof, and to show her and say yeah I knew it peace

if the poison control folks say there is bleach in your food then yes you would know the person was the one to poison you because they were the one whom prepared the food.

My own mom, and her dad used arsenic which is a slow and unflavored type of poisoning
So yeah kinda hard to notice especially when they're people who act so nice
It is satanic and believe me I've been through it.. not much you can do with it and cops are just as evil
I'd say ditch your literally toxic situation before it's too late
