Hey man, sorry to hear you are down. When I used to get down I would end up listening to excessive amounts of radiohead. While it may sound good at the time, it usually makes you feel worse. Modest mouse is really depressing. Try listen to some marley or other happy music.

When I get depressed it usually isn't good to drink alone and listen to Modest Mouse. I prefer getting stoned and dancing to the Grateful Dead... they make me happy!

Hey...Sorry you're feeling down.  I agree with what the other posters have said.  They say that when you're tripping and beginning to feel anxious or down, to change the setting!  I find that works while sober, too.  Uplifting music, maybe getting out of the dorm/apartment/house for awhile.  Just mix it up a little.  :smile:
