How to get a second flush with Lion's mane?

First time growing it right now. Got 3 huge mushrooms off of a large autoclavable bag (surprised how much I got).

To fruit it, I cut the very top of the bag where a nice one had already started, folded the top over like I was wrapping a present, and cut a hole in that so the mushroom wouldn't get crushed.

So basically I have a wrapped square with a hole in the top.

So how can I get this to fruit again? Let it sit? Dunk it? I've never had much luck with second flushes. I've instead been thinking about trying to grow some sort of secondary composer on it like shaggy mane or button mushrooms. Would that work?

I just toss mine back into the fruiting chamber and they don't seem to have any problem flushing out again.
