I wanted to get somebody with more experiences opinion on this. Just got to 100% colonization on this jar after 5 weeks. I still want to give it the extra week to consolidate. Should I dunk and roll as normal or maybe just dunk and not roll.

That boy was consolidated 1-2 weeks ago. I would soak it for 6 hours, no roll and fruit it.

Yea just dunk it and fruit it. No point in getting verm all over those sweet mushroom.

Edit: also feel free to fruit as soon as you see pins after full colonization regardless of how long it's been.
