actually what bluemeanie said was the best is millet. i m on with the red ones. huautlas are better with the red ones. i don t like the gt colo speed and healt on red but works and looks great. no movement on he red s for amanitas yet but its nice to know that you spawn some amanitas with red millets. yellow millets...and white millets are the most popular ones on world wide web imo. i found here some tassel millet and brush millet. it seems there is no so much nutrients in them .i will taste them in the near future.i will report it. and 2 local millet types...they are white and so so big with so much oil but looks work great.

NO soaking (soak and rinse only if the seed has bird-coat on it, it is something to preserve the seeds from mold and stuff. But Ive heard that even this doesnt matter), no gypsum is needed either. Its very simple.
For 1pint jars add 2/3 cup of seed, and 1/3 of water per jar. Put in the pressure cooker for 1hour at 15 psi. Let it cool and shake the jar to losen it up. Real easy. I do it this way time and time again.
When I was new I was real worried that if I didnt do it EXACTLY as one or 2 people did it, that Id fail, but its just a matter of preference.
